What file formats do you accept for logos?
We work best with vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF). High-resolution PNG or JPG files (at least 300 DPI) also work well. If you only have a low-res image, don't worry — we can often clean it up or re-digitize it for embroidery.
How long does a typical order take?
Most orders are completed within 3-5 business days after proof approval. Bulk orders (25+ items) may take 7-10 business days. Need it sooner? Ask about rush options!
What is digitizing?
Digitizing is the process of converting your artwork into a stitch file that the embroidery machine can read. It maps out every stitch — color, direction, and density. This is a one-time process per design.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Nope! We happily do single items. However, per-piece pricing is lower on bulk orders since the setup time is spread across more items.
Do I need to provide the items to embroider?
Nope! We stock a curated selection of quality blanks — polos, tees, totes, blankets, towels, pet bandanas, and more. Just pick what you want and we handle the rest. If you have something specific in mind that we don't carry, just ask!
Do you ship orders?
Yes! We offer local pickup in the DFW area and can ship anywhere in the US via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
What if I don't like the proof?
No problem at all! We'll revise the proof until you're happy with it before we start stitching. Your approval is required before any production begins.
How do I pay?
We accept credit/debit cards online, plus Venmo, Zelle, and cash for local orders. Payment is due before production begins for new customers. Repeat customers may be invoiced.
Can you match specific thread colors?
Yes! We use industry-standard Madeira and Isacord thread palettes with hundreds of colors. If you have a specific Pantone or brand color, we'll match as closely as possible.
